Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This policy explains how HostHives uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and how you can control them. Non-essential cookies are only set after you consent via our cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and browser local storage are small pieces of data stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and — with your consent — understand how the product is used.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: authentication token, active-organization selection, and security features. These are required for the app to function and cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: your language choice and dismissed prompts, so the interface remembers your settings.
- Analytics (consent-based): aggregated, privacy-respecting usage metrics to improve the product. Only set if you accept analytics.
3. We do not use advertising cookies
HostHives does not run third-party advertising networks and does not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles.
4. Managing your choices
Use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can reopen your preferences from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and you can clear cookies via your browser at any time. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not affect core functionality.
